Working in partnership

How we partner with local authorities

We believe funded training works best when it is built around the people and the places it serves. Working in partnership with councils, we take government funding through routes such as the Department for Education's Skills Bootcamps and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and turn it into practical, employer-led programmes that residents can access for free.

Every programme is co-designed with local employers, so learners build exactly the skills hospitality businesses are hiring for. We deliver flexible, hands-on training in the community, lead learners to nationally recognised qualifications, and finish with a guaranteed interview with local employers. The result is a clear route from training into work, and a stronger local workforce for our partners.

  • Fully funded for residents

Government funding secured in partnership with councils means eligible learners pay nothing to take part.

  • Employer-led and outcomes-focused

Courses are co-designed with local hospitality employers and end in a guaranteed interview, not just a certificate.

  • Nationally recognised qualifications

Learners gain nationally recognised qualifications and practical, job-ready skills delivered by expert tutors.

  • Ofsted-registered, locally rooted

A Brighton-based provider with 30+ years of experience delivering funded and accredited training nationwide.
