Week 1 — Intro to Bootcamp & Customer Service Basics; Customer Service as a Competitive Tool; Branding & Organisational Effectiveness.
Week 2 — Mixologist Training; Level 3 Award in Food Safety (Highfield); Food Safety & Practical Skills.
Week 3 — Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (Highfield); Advanced Customer Service & Employability Skills; Final Assessments & Job Readiness.
Outcome: nationally recognised qualifications, a guaranteed interview with Brighton's top hospitality employers, and real job opportunities in the local hospitality scene.
