The Skill Support for the Workforce (SSW) funding scheme is aimed at providing employees the opportunity to upskill in the workplace.

Support the professional development of your staff and upskill your employees!

Functional Skills UK is delighted to provide fully funded training to employees of SMEs (less than 250 employees) in the Coast to Capital LEP Region (Greater Brighton, West Sussex and East Surrey)

Courses you can achieve:
Customer Service
Business Administration
Equality and Diversity
Lean Organisation Management
Climate Change and Enviromental Awareness
Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Adovocacy in the workplace

In addition to offering accredited qualifications, our team can also prepare a bespoke programme of training based on an initial meeting where we will discuss your business needs.
