We’re looking for a KTP Associate to help lead an exciting 2-year project with Functional Skills UK and Edinburgh Napier University. In this role, you’ll design and build an AI-powered learning platform that supports personalised, inclusive education—especially for neurodiverse learners. Working from FSUK’s offices in Brighton, you’ll turn research into real-world impact by creating tools like predictive dashboards and tailored learning journeys that help people thrive in digital and hybrid learning environments.
Lead and develop quality, compliance, and curriculum across Functional Skills, ESOL, and vocational programmes. Oversee and support tutors and assessors to maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment. Ensure Ofsted readiness through robust quality assurance, audits, and continuous monitoring, while driving innovation and improvements that keep provision aligned with learner and employer needs.
