COURSE DESCRIPTION
The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is ideal for any learners who have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing their abilities. The qualification is also ideal for any individuals looking to mov up to the next level of management as well as managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts and other pressures. Learners will gain a range of key skills and out them into practice in their own roles as well as build their leadership capabilities by learning to motivate and engage teams and manage relationships confidently.
Functional Skills UK also offer this qualification to be completed alongside the NCFE Level 2 certificate in Lean Management Techniques. The qualifications are completed online via 2 zoom sessions per week for three weeks with each online session lasting two hours.
CERTIFICATION
To be awarded the Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management, learners are required to complete 2 assignments. Once the assignments have been completed, you will receive a certificate for the qualification from the awarding body, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
