COURSE DESCRIPTION
The NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques aims to improve business performance through continuous professional development of employees and their skill set. The qualification will help learners to understand lean organisation techniques in business and to know and understand business improvement tools and techniques. You will learn how to work effectively in a business team and the qualification will aid you in accessing the business sector or progressing to further qualifications and learning.
Functional Skills UK also offer this qualification to be completed alongside the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management. The qualifications are completed online via 2 zoom sessions per week for three weeks with each online session lasting two hours.
CERTIFICATION
To be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques, learners are required to successfully complete 3 mandatory units. Once the units have been achieved, you will receive a certificate from NCFE, the awarding body.
