Delivery

The course will be completed online via our e-assessor platform. The duration of the course is seven weeks and is designed to be completed around your work and home life commitments. All deadlines for your course will be shown in your online course platform once you are enrolled to keep track.

This course is made up of 3 units:

  • Understanding Health, Well-Being and Exercise
  • Understanding the Role of Nutrition in Exercise
  • Plan and Prepare for Personal Exercise and Nutrition
