The Fitness Instructing course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective fitness instructors. This course covers the fundamentals of designing and delivering fitness classes, including exercise techniques, program planning, and client motivation.
Participants will learn how to create safe and effective workout programs tailored to various fitness levels and goals. The course covers essential topics such as anatomy and physiology, exercise techniques, class management, and health and safety considerations. Emphasis is placed on developing communication skills, understanding client needs, and fostering an engaging and supportive fitness environment.
By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with the expertise to lead fitness classes confidently, promote a healthy lifestyle, and support individuals in achieving their fitness goals.
This qualification will provide entry onto the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 2 and provide an easy progression onto level 3 personal training.
