Course description

The Customer Service course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction. Delivery

The course will be completed online via our e-assessor platform. The duration of the course is seven weeks and is designed to be completed around your work and home life commitments. All deadlines for your course will be shown in your online course platform once you are enrolled to keep track.

This course is made up of four units:
